Cheryl A. Cicora

Cheryl A. Cicora, SHRM-SCP has extensive experience in human resources, with a focus on various roles and responsibilities. Cheryl A. began their career at Handy & Harman Tube Company, where they served as a Regional Human Resources Director overseeing HR functions for multiple locations, including employee relations, labor relations, training and development, and recruitment. Cheryl A. also supported site closures and consolidations. Cheryl A. then joined Boeing as a Human Resources Manager, where they oversaw HR strategic initiatives for the Vertical Lift Sustainment Division and served as a Global Services and Support Emerging Leader Development Program Manager. Additionally, they acted as a mentor for the Leaders for the Future program. After their tenure at Boeing, Cheryl worked at Northrop Grumman as a Human Resources Manager, focusing on change management, engagement, and retention initiatives for the Central Region Engineering Disciplines. Currently, they are serving as the Global Human Resources Director at Carpenter Technology Corporation. Overall, Cheryl A.
