Chris Arendoski has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Chris has held leadership roles in companies such as Carpenter Technology Corporation, BASF Mobile Emission Catalysts, Tempur-Pedic, Henkel, Tenneco, and Huntsman Polyurethanes.

At Carpenter Technology Corporation, Chris served as the Global Vice President of Automotive, Industrial, and Consumer, as well as the General Manager of Distribution Markets. In this role, they managed global key account management, sales, marketing, product management, strategy, and forecasting. Chris also oversaw the Distribution business, which covered multiple locations and had full P&L responsibility.

Prior to that, Chris worked as the Global Vice President of Sales and Customer Solutions at Carpenter Technology Corporation. Chris led commercial operations for field sales, customer service, technical support, and international distribution centers across various industries.

At BASF Mobile Emission Catalysts, Chris held the position of Head of North America Sales, where they were responsible for delivering exceptional support and growth in the mobile emission catalyst segment. Chris also served as the Head of Marketing in North and South America, overseeing regional marketing, product management, innovation, new product launches, and business development.

Before joining Carpenter Technology Corporation and BASF, Chris had roles at Tempur-Pedic, Henkel, Tenneco, and Huntsman Polyurethanes, where they gained experience in innovation, product development, sales, and engineering.

Chris Arendoski completed an Executive Program in Innovation and Strategy at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology in 2007-2008. Prior to that, they obtained a Master of Science degree in Engineering Management from the University of Detroit Mercy in 2002-2003. Chris first earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Chemical Engineering from the same institution from 1998 to 2002.
