Helmut Kowalewski

Helmut Kowalewski has extensive experience in change management, currently serving as Leiter Changemanagement and co-founder and coach of uniko.academy at Carpus+Partner AG since May 1996. In this role, Helmut oversees a key business area that provides training and developmental opportunities for both internal employees and individuals seeking to learn and grow. Previously, Helmut held project management positions at IOP Ingenhoven Overdiek und Partner and Kahlen und Partner. Helmut holds a Diplom-Ingenieur degree in Architecture from FH Aachen University of Applied Sciences, earned from 1982 to 1986.
