Enrico Gomiero

Born in 1958, Enrico Gomiero has extensive management experience in multinational companies. With a technical and financial background, he consolidated his skills with specialised training courses and a Master's in Administration, Finance and Control at the Bocconi School of Business.

In 1994, Enrico Gomiero became Financial Director of Carraro SpA, actively participating in the listing on the Milan Stock Exchange in 1995 and later in the Group's internationalisation plan. In 1997, he became Chief Financial Officer and has followed various operations such as acquisitions, joint ventures, the construction of new production plants and the rationalisation of the Carraro Group's equity investments..

Enrico Gomiero established a new management model for the Finance and Control Administration area, integrating all Group companies. Over the years, he has coordinated and guaranteed a suitable financial structure for the company, such as issuing bonds, a capital increase and loan contracts.
