Isabella Pacifico

Isabella Pacifico has a diverse work experience spanning several roles and companies. Isabella started their career at Cointer as a Web Content & Community Manager, where they managed content, coordinated the editorial team, and handled media and external relations. Isabella then joined Logotel as a Digital PM, Business Communities, Learning, Communication, where they analyzed business needs, managed stakeholder relationships, and delivered projects. Isabella also worked as a Trainer at Logotel. Isabella later joined Carrefour Italia as a Digital Training Manager and then became the Head of Digital Training. In their current role as HR - Head Of Internal Communications at Carrefour Italia, they coordinate the internal communication team, develops communication strategies, and ensures employee engagement. Additionally, they are the project manager for the development and launch of Workplace from Meta in Carrefour Italy. Isabella also had a brief stint as a Blogger at Boomer.

From 1994 to 2002, Isabella attended Università degli Studi di Milano and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Literature.

In 2002, they pursued further education at Ateneo multimediale and earned a Master's degree in Web Content Manager, which they completed in 2003.

In 2010, Isabella enrolled in 24ORE Business School and completed a Master's degree in Web Marketing and multimedia communication.
