Jon Coohey has over a decade of experience in the IT sector, currently serving as the Manager of Client Experience at Carrier Access IT since March 2016, where previous roles included Service Delivery Manager, System Administrator, and Tier II Support Technician Lead. Prior to this, Jon worked at Mercy Medical Center as a Desktop Services CSA II from January 2013 to March 2016, and held a Tier II Support position at Tektivity from January 2012 to January 2013. Jon began a career in technical sales and support at GoDaddy from November 2010 to August 2011. Educationally, Jon Coohey holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Computer Support Specialist from Kirkwood Community College.
