Edward Gaffney

Edward Gaffney is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in digital business and customer experience leadership. Currently serving as Senior Vice President of Digital and Customer Experience at Carrier Enterprise, Edward has held various significant positions at Carrier Corporation, including Vice President of Digital Business and Marketing, President/General Manager, Area General Manager of Sales and Distribution, National eBusiness Manager, and Regional Sales Manager. Edward's background also includes a role as Product Manager at Hartford Steam Boiler and experience as a Second Assistant Engineer with the United States Merchant Marine. Edward holds a Master's degree in Business Administration and Management from Loyola University Maryland and is currently enrolled in the Executive Leadership Program at the University of Virginia Darden School of Business.
