Michael Smith possesses extensive experience in data analysis, strategy, and business development, currently serving as the Director of Data Analysis and Strategy at Carrier Enterprise since April 2011. Prior to this, Michael held managerial positions in customer service at Carrier Corporation and Honeywell Flourine Products, along with roles focused on web program management and business analytics at Honeywell Specialty Materials. Michael started a career in business process improvement at Honeywell Specialty Materials and holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management from Fairleigh Dickinson University.
