Stanislav Terentiev

Stanislav Terentiev has extensive experience in the field of compensation and rewards. Stanislav currently holds the position of Director Total Rewards, Global Sales Compensation at Carrier Corporation, where they drive the compensation strategy and oversees the design, implementation, and administration of global compensation plans and programs. Stanislav is also responsible for analyzing internal and external data, creating financial models, and fostering collaborative relationships with various stakeholders. Prior to this role, Terentiev served as the Director, Sales Incentive Design and Administration at Honeywell, where they focused on designing and managing commission-based compensation for a global sales team. Stanislav also has experience at Continental, where they led a team responsible for designing and deploying compensation programs to attract and retain talent, and at Bank of America and Wells Fargo, where they oversaw compensation administration and collaborated with finance and compliance teams.

Stanislav Terentiev earned their Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Finance and Financial Management Services from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they obtained another MBA degree in Finance and Commercial Banking from the same university.
