Christina Freemon

Christina Freemon, PHR, is an experienced HR professional with a diverse background in strategic HR business partnering and analytics. Currently serving as Strategic HRBP at Carrier HVAC since November 2021, Christina focuses on advancing HR data analytics in alignment with the growth strategy of the Global HVAC division. Previous roles include Manager, HRBP at Colgate-Palmolive, where Christina enhanced productivity and employee relations for a large manufacturing facility, and similar positions at IDEX Optical Technologies and HURST Jaws of Life, emphasizing leadership development and cultural transformation.
