Deepak Giri

Deepak Giri is a seasoned engineering professional with extensive experience in advanced manufacturing and project management. Currently serving as Senior Manager of Advanced Manufacturing Engineering at Carrier HVAC since November 2022, Deepak previously held the position of Engineering Manager at Zimmer Biomet and Equipment Engineering Manager at The Timken Company. Deepak's expertise includes strategic planning for multiple manufacturing locations, capital plan implementation, technology selection, and lean manufacturing. Prior roles at U.S. Tsubaki Power Transmission, LLC involved leading diverse teams and managing engineering functions, as well as significant contributions to capital projects and tooling design. Deepak's educational background includes an M.B.A. from the Isenberg School of Management, an MS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Rhode Island, and a B Tech in Mechanical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kanpur.
