R. Keith Spellman

R. Keith Spellman is an experienced operations and value stream manager with a diverse background in manufacturing and logistics. Currently serving as the Value Stream Manager at Carrier HVAC since June 2022, Spellman previously held positions at Amazon Logistics and BACE Corporation as an Operations Manager and Director of Operations, respectively. With a 12-year tenure at The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, Spellman advanced from Business Team Leader to Operations Manager, overseeing significant operational improvements and workforce enhancements. Spellman’s early career included supervisory roles at Ina Schaeffler Group and Jacobsen, as well as a commendable 16-year service as a Commander in the US Navy. Educational credentials include a BA in Mathematical Sciences from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill and a Six Sigma Greenbelt certification from Villanova University.
