Marc Udink

Marc Udink is an accomplished legal professional and executive with extensive experience in various leadership roles. Currently serving as the Chairman of the Supervisory Board at Carrière and The Porceleyne Fles / Royal Delft, Marc also contributes as a member of the Senior Advisory Board at The Hague Institute for Global Justice and as a member of the Supervisory Board at Kwast Wijnkopers B.V. As the owner and founder of UdinkSchepel Advocaten, Marc has been actively involved in the legal field since 1996. Additionally, Marc holds the position of Honorary Chairman at INSOL Europe, promoting the organization’s growth, and has experience overseeing multiple conferences as Chair. Education includes a Master's degree in Law from Utrecht University and a postgraduate degree in Restructuring from Grotius Academie.
