Charles Ware

Charles Ware serves as the Campus Director and Academic Dean at Carrington College, overseeing operations and strategic planning since August 2025. In addition to this role, Charles is the Chief Learning Officer at Innovative Health Education Solutions, focusing on the development of learning strategies, and serves as a Master Trainer and Subject Matter Expert at the American Council on Exercise. With a tenure of more than a decade, Charles also holds positions as National Faculty at the United States Sports Academy and Editor at Exrx.net. Prior experience includes Senior Director of Medical Education and other leadership roles at California Northstate University, as well as being a Board Trustee for El Dorado County. Previous roles in emergency medical services and health coaching further enhance Charles’ extensive background in education and health administration. Charles completed a Doctor of Education from A.T. Still University and holds advanced degrees in Sport and Fitness Administration and Emergency Medical Technology.
