Tara Ulis-Marocco has a diverse background in training and development, with experience in various companies such as Carrington Holding Company, LLC, PennyMac Loan Services, LLC, JPMorgan Chase & Co., Wells Fargo, FIRST NATIONWIDE, and First Interstate. Tara has worked on creating training programs, conducting training courses, and collaborating with management to meet business needs. Tara's current role as a Senior Training And Development Specialist involves supporting all departments within a mortgage servicing division and building relationships to provide training support. Tara is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts degree in Human Resources Management at The University of Arizona Global Campus.
