Melissa Davis

Melissa Davis is a seasoned professional in training and organizational development, currently serving as a Senior Training and Development Specialist at the Federal Reserve Bank of Kansas City since July 2024. Prior to this role, Melissa worked as an Organizational Development Practitioner at Children's Mercy Kansas City, where responsibilities included consulting on organizational needs and coaching leaders. Previous experience also includes positions as an Instructional Designer and eLearning Developer at Grace Consulting Services, LLC, and as a Sr. Training and Development Specialist at Construction Solutions Group, where leadership development programs were managed. Additional experience was gained as a Learning and Development Specialist at Associated Wholesale Grocers, focusing on training needs analyses and eLearning creation.
