Yadira Muniz

Yadira Muniz has been working in the customer advocacy department at Carrington Holding Company, LLC since September 2011, holding various positions from Customer Advocate to Director. Prior to that, Yadira worked at American Home Mortgage Servicing as a Homeownership Preservation Specialist from 2009 to September 2011. In this role, Yadira assisted homeowners with alternatives to foreclosure through outreach programs, providing face-to-face counseling and pre-qualified retention options. Yadira also traveled throughout the United States for work and handled highly escalated calls with proficiency.
