Renato Vaz MSc, CFS is an experienced professional in the food and services industry. Currently serves as Managing Partner at RJMV Lda and has held multiple senior consulting and management roles at various companies including Alimentación y Farmacia, Carrinho Group, Quimivita, and METAROM Group. Additionally, Renato is a Partner at Maus da Fita and Managing Partner at Food (R)evolution Lda, focusing on innovative food production. With a long-standing career since 1999 at Agromirtil, Renato has assisted over 80 companies across Europe and Africa in product development and innovation. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Food Engineering from Instituto Superior de Agronomia and a Post-Graduate degree in Local Development from ITCILO.
