Simão Teixeira

Simão Teixeira is an experienced professional in the food production industry, currently serving as the Director of the Breakfast Cereals and Mixtures Factory at Carrinho Group since November 2022. Prior to this role, Simão held various leadership positions at Cerealis, including Project Manager and Factory Director, where management of a team of over 130 collaborators was essential for coordinating production activities. Simão's expertise extends to technical consultancy, project management, and continuous improvement, demonstrated through roles at Arla Foods and Nestlé. Education includes a Master's Degree in Food Engineering from Universidade Católica Portuguesa, coupled with specialized training at Nestlé PTC in 2014 and 2015. Simão’s extensive experience encompasses process optimization, team leadership, and project execution across multiple food production sectors.
