Arthur O'Neill

Arthur O'Neill has an extensive career at the Carroll Center for the Blind, where Arthur held various positions such as Interim President, Vice President, Program Founder/Director, Director of Public Education & Public Relations, Orientation & Mobility Teacher, and Department Supervisor.
