Arthur O'Neill has an extensive career at the Carroll Center for the Blind, where Arthur held various positions such as Interim President, Vice President, Program Founder/Director, Director of Public Education & Public Relations, Orientation & Mobility Teacher, and Department Supervisor. Arthur also served as a Transition Team member to assist new CEOs in reorganizing the agency. Arthur initiated the Outdoor Enrichment Program, aiming to integrate blind adults into existing community resources using adaptive techniques. Arthur holds a M.Ed. in Special Education from Boston College.
