Didi Culp

Didi Culp is a seasoned professional in emergency management and animal welfare, currently serving as Program Manager for the Emergency Management Academic Program at Frederick Community College since February 2016. Culp has extensive experience in curriculum development and instruction, having worked as a Field Instructor at CCC: East Coast Animal Control Academy and an Instructional Designer for MACEM&PS. Previous roles include adjunct faculty at Duquesne University, Manager of Public Information and Education for Frederick County Government, and Director of Education for The Humane Society of the United States, where Culp significantly expanded national training program enrollment. Educational qualifications include a MA in Behavior/Education from Marymount University and a BA in Management from Hiram College, coupled with ongoing training at the FEMA Emergency Management Institute.
