Jack Downs is an experienced educator and training operations manager with a diverse background in higher education and training development. Currently serving as an adjunct professor at the University of Maryland University College and the University of Maryland Baltimore Campus since 2009, Jack specializes in technical communications, grant writing, and project management. In addition to teaching at Carroll Community College, Jack has extensive experience as a trainer and consultant, having held positions with Meridian Solutions, Destiny Management Services, and GHE HealthCare. Jack also has a project management background from a role at the Department of Education. Jack holds an MBA in Business from Loyola University Maryland.
