TeNita Ballard, MBA, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Southern California and is an Executive Fellow at the County of Los Angeles, where involvement in the Anti-Racism, Diversity, & Inclusion department focuses on developing a Countywide Training Framework for over 100,000 employees. TeNita's earlier career included positions at DIRECTV that involved auditing and investigating compliance and quality assurance, as well as a Human Resources Administrator role at Coca-Cola Bottling Company UNITED, Inc. TeNita earned an MBA from Keller Graduate School of Management and a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from California State University, Long Beach.
