Barbara Nicodemus

Barbara Nicodemus has extensive experience in employment services and customer support, currently serving as an Employment Professional and Customer Service Representative at ODJFS since December 2004. In this role, Barbara functions as the Regional Trainer for staff in Region 7, coordinating training for customer service representatives while managing a caseload of over 70 trade-affected customers in 2011. Additionally, Barbara worked as a Temporary Working Level Program Delivery Supervisor at Ohio Workforce Development from April to May 2015, overseeing eight customer service representatives and one workforce specialist while handling staff reviews, reporting, and updates. Barbara holds an Associate of Applied Business degree in Accounting from Edison State Community College and a high school diploma in Accounting from Piqua High School.
