Jennifer McDonald

Jennifer McDonald is an experienced educator who has worked in various roles at Carroll County Public Schools since September 2013. Prior to this, Jennifer was a secondary social studies teacher at Fredericksburg City Schools from August 2005 to June 2009. Jennifer holds a Masters of Education in Educational Leadership and Administration from the University of Mary Washington and a Bachelor of Arts in American History from Tulane University.
