Kelly Hammond

Kelly Hammond serves as the Coordinator of Curriculum and Instructional Resources for Carroll County Public Schools, responsible for supporting educational technology initiatives across the 10th largest school district in Maryland. Key achievements include the development and implementation of the districtwide Instructional Technology Plan, facilitating the transition to virtual teaching during the COVID-19 pandemic, and providing professional development opportunities for K-12 staff.
