Kirsten Willging is an experienced educational professional with a substantial background in instructional technology and teaching. Currently serving as an Instructional Technology Resource Teacher for Carroll County Public Schools since August 2021, Kirsten has previously held roles at Howard County Public Schools, including PLTW Certified Teacher, Instructional Technology Specialist, and Science Teacher at Folly Quarter Middle School. With a Master's degree in Educational/Instructional Technology from Loyola University Maryland and a strong foundation in teaching and leadership, Kirsten excels in designing technology-rich professional learning opportunities, implementing instructional technology programs, and managing digital resources to enhance teaching and learning experiences.
