Michael Brown

Michael Brown, a Principal at Carroll County Public Schools since July 2018, previously served as an Assistant Principal and Teacher at Baltimore City Public Schools. Michael holds a Master's degree in Education leadership and supervision from University of Phoenix and a B.S. in Sports Communication from Shepherd University. Michael's focus is on building positive relationships with students, families, and educators to facilitate transformation.
