Steve Whisler

Steve Whisler is currently serving as a Regional Sales Manager & Military Liaison at Johns Hopkins Health Plans. Steve is also an Elected Official for Carroll County Public Schools, overseeing Maryland's 9th largest school system. Steve previously worked as an Educator at Baltimore County Public Schools and held various positions at Tower Federal Credit Union, Northrop Grumman, KAB Laboratories, Inc, and the US Navy. Steve holds a Doctor's Degree in Organizational Leadership from the University of Phoenix and has a background in education, business administration, and linguistics.
