Thom McHugh

Thom McHugh has extensive experience in the field of education, currently serving as an adjunct English instructor at McDaniel College and English Content Area Liaison at Carroll County Public Schools. With a PhD in Education from the University of Maryland, McHugh has also worked as an AP English Language & Composition Exam Reader for Educational Testing Service. Throughout their career, Thom has held various teaching and leadership roles in English education.
