Troy Stower currently serves as a Captain at the Carroll County Sheriffs Office, a position held since July 2021, following a previous role as Lieutenant from December 2001 to November 2021. Additionally, Troy Stower is a Master Instructor for PepperBall, overseeing training across multiple states including Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania, Virginia, New Jersey, and parts of New York since 2015.
