Michael Sims

Michael Sims is an experienced construction professional with a diverse background in project management and engineering. Currently serving as Project Executive at Carroll Daniel Construction since February 2017, Michael has held roles including Senior Project Manager and Precon/Project Manager. Prior experience includes positions at Balfour Beatty US and Manhattan Construction Company, where responsibilities encompassed reviewing construction documents, subcontractor management, field supervision, and compliance oversight. Notable projects include the Teasley Elementary School Addition/Modification and the GDA-029 New Georgia Poultry Laboratory. Michael holds a degree in Building Science with a focus on Construction Management from Auburn University and an Associate of Science degree from Southern Union State Community College.
