Jarrett Louden is an experienced IT professional with a strong background in technical support and system administration. Currently serving as a Senior IT Specialist at CARROLL since August 2019, Jarrett possesses expertise in troubleshooting Microsoft Office 365 Suite, managing Active Directory, and overseeing user onboarding processes. Previously, Jarrett held roles at FirstKey Homes and InComm, where responsibilities included providing tier 3 helpdesk support, managing ticketing systems, and offering VIP support to executive leadership. Jarrett's career began at State Farm as a Call Center Technical Support Representative, with earlier experience at Wolters Kluwer CCH NZ. Jarrett holds an Associate of Science degree in Graphic Design from Westwood College-Atlanta.
