Stephen Hendrix

Stephen Hendrix has over a decade of experience in the real estate industry. Stephen'smost recent position was as the Managing Director of Development at CARROLL. Before that, they served as the Executive Vice President of Development at the same company. Prior to their time at CARROLL, Stephen held the role of Senior Vice President- Development at Novare Group. Stephen also served as Vice President of Construction at Wood Partners and Regional Construction Manager at the same company. Stephen's earlier experience includes positions as Partner and President of Development/Construction at Tribridge Residential, President of Construction Division at the same company, and President of Construction at JLC Southeast, LLC.

Stephen Hendrix completed their Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree in Business Administration at Oglethorpe University in 2019. Currently, they are pursuing their Masters of Science (MS) degree in Commercial Real Estate at Georgia State University, which is expected to be completed in 2023.
