Christine Eng

Christine Eng has extensive experience in the field of User Experience (UX) design. Christine is currently working as the Senior Director of User Experience at Carrot Fertility, a position they have held since 2023. Prior to this, Christine worked as a Public Speaker, sharing their knowledge and experience in UX with the public. Christine has spoken on various topics such as bridging gaps and aligning teams with UCD methods, designing for accessibility, managing remote UX teams, and integrating UX into Agile.

Before their current role, Christine worked at Accolade, Inc. for several years in various UX leadership positions. As the Senior Director of User Experience from 2021 to 2023, they led a remote team of 10 designers and researchers, supported the design and user research for multiple user groups and platforms, and expanded the design system to accommodate the growing team.

Prior to that, Christine served as a Director of User Experience from 2019 to 2021, where they led the vision for translating a data-heavy internal provider search tool into a more consumer-friendly design and facilitated a workshop to create a future vision for the company. Christine also established a voice of the user program to gather feedback from members. Before that, they were a Senior Manager of User Experience from 2017 to 2019, where they championed the creation of Accolade's first design system and led the vision for a new member-facing web portal.

Christine's earlier work experience includes roles at Concur as a Manager and Senior User Experience Designer, where they led design teams and spearheaded the redesign of Concur's flagship product, and at Arroweye Solutions as an Interactive Designer, where they played a key role in the design and implementation of mobile and web software for high-profile clients. Christine also has experience as a Graphic Designer at Lind-Waldock and as an Art Director at Rain Communications. Overall, Christine has a diverse range of experience in UX design and has demonstrated leadership and expertise in various aspects of the field.

Christine Eng attended Columbia College Chicago from 2003 to 2007, where they earned a Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA) degree. Christine'sfield of study at the college was Graphic Design/Advertising Art Direction.
