Erica Palsis

Erica Palsis serves as the Chief Legal Officer, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Carrot Fertility since January 2024. Previously, Erica held a Board Member position at Homethrive, Inc. from January 2023 to January 2025. From February 2021 to December 2023, Erica was the General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Compliance Officer at Cue Health Inc., and from March 2017 to October 2020, Erica served as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Privacy Officer at Livongo. At Livongo, Erica led legal, privacy, compliance, and regulatory affairs, advising on significant events such as the company's IPO in July 2019 and its merger with Teladoc Health in October 2020. Prior to Livongo, Erica was the VP, Associate General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Privacy Officer at Allscripts from March 2010 to March 2017, and held roles as Corporate Counsel and Associate Corporate Counsel there. Erica holds a Juris Doctor from DePaul University College of Law and a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Loyola University Chicago.
