Kristina Bauter

Kristina Bauter has extensive work experience in customer success, account management, and sales roles. Kristina worked as a Senior Customer Success Manager at Carrot Fertility from 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Sterling as a Strategic Client Success Partner and later as a Strategic Account Manager in the Healthcare and Life Sciences industry. Before that, they were a Major Accounts District Manager at ADP, where they focused on business development and building relationships with C-level decision makers. Kristina also held the position of Customer Success Manager at Spectracom, where they were responsible for building the company's global service business. Additionally, they worked at Iron Mountain as a Customer Development Executive and later as an Account Manager, managing relationships with customers and driving sales. Earlier in their career, they worked at DHL Global Forwarding as an Account Executive and later as a Manager of International Sales. Kristina also worked at DHL Express as an Account Executive and an Account Representative, where they maintained customer relationships and developed transportation solutions for medium to large companies.

From 2003 to 2007, Kristina Bauter attended St. Bonaventure University, where they earned a Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) degree with a major in Marketing.
