Philip Welber

Philip Welber has a diverse work experience spanning over a decade. Philip is currently working at Carrot Fertility as a Senior Engineering Manager since March 2023, after previously holding the position of Engineering Manager from June 2021 to March 2023. Prior to that, they worked at Ally where they served as a Tech Lead from July 2019 to June 2021, contributing to the development of Ally's Design System and providing consultancy services for scrum teams. Philip also worked as a Senior Frontend Developer at Ally for a brief period from February 2019 to July 2019. Before joining Ally, Philip worked as a Frontend Developer at Blockchain from November 2016 to January 2019. Philip started their career as a Full Stack Developer at Targeted Social in December 2015, following which they attended General Assembly's Web Development Immersive program in 2015. In 2014, Philip founded PharmaDoc, a technology-focused talent acquisition platform for the pharmaceutical industry. Philip served as the Founder until October 2015. Finally, Philip held the role of Vice President, Recruiting at Wimbledon Group, Inc. from January 2008 to November 2014.
