Stefanie Luu

Stefanie Luu has a diverse work experience in various industries. Stefanie started their career as an Emergency Room Intern at UC Davis Medical Center in 2010. Stefanie then worked as a Rite Aid Pharmacy Intern before transitioning to a role as an Undergraduate Researcher at UC Davis, where they performed scientific procedures and presented findings at conferences.

Stefanie also has experience in the healthcare industry, working as a Clinical Laboratory Associate at Natera, where they processed clinical blood samples for prenatal testing. Stefanie then worked as a New Patient Coordinator at Pacific Fertility Center, where they documented patient interactions, led tours, and established a Chinese Patient Program to improve the patient experience.

In the technology field, Stefanie worked as a Hacker-in-Residence/Software Engineer Apprentice at App Academy, conducting technical and behavioral interviews. Stefanie then held roles as a Full Stack Engineer at WellPay and a Frontend Software Engineer at Harvest Savings & Wealth Technologies.

Most recently, Stefanie worked as a Software Engineer at Envestnet, Inc., where they developed software solutions. Stefanie is currently working as an Associate Software Engineer at Carrot Fertility.

Stefanie Luu's education history begins with their enrollment in San Domenico Upper School from 2003 to 2007, where they obtained their high school diploma. Stefanie then pursued their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Biological Sciences from the University of California, Davis, from 2007 to 2012. In 2016, Stefanie attended UC Berkeley Extension, where they studied Computer Software Engineering for a year. In 2018, they enrolled in App Academy, focusing on Computer Software Engineering.
