Jesse Irvin

Jesse Irvin has worked in the health and benefits industry since 2014. In that time, they have held various roles with increasing responsibility. In 2014, they were a Graduate Assistant at Indiana University of Pennsylvania. From 2015 to 2023, they worked at Mercer, starting as a Senior Associate, Health & Benefits Consultant and eventually becoming the East Market Manager and Service Delivery Specialist and Service Delivery Analyst (Employee Benefits). In 2023, they began their current role as Director, Commercial Partnerships at Carrum Health, where they are responsible for connecting progressive self-insured employers to top-quality regional healthcare providers through the industry’s first comprehensive bundled payment solution.

Jesse Irvin completed a Bachelor of Arts in Management from Indiana University of Pennsylvania in 2014. Jesse then went on to receive their Master's degree in Labor and Industrial Relations from the same university in 2015.
