Wang Wei

Dr. Wang previously worked at Xiangya Hospital of Central South University. She also worked at Hangzhou MSD Pharmaceutical Co. Ltd. – Shanghai Branch from January 2007 to August 2011, where she was responsible for the medical affairs in the medical department. Dr. Wang then served at Beijing Novartis Pharma Co., Ltd. as a senior medical scientific expert from September 2011 to May 2012. Prior to joining the Group, Dr. Wang served as the associate safety risk lead and subsequently the clinical program lead at the China R&D center of Pfizer (China) Research and Development Co., Ltd. from May 2012 to May 2018.

Dr. Wang obtained her bachelor’s degree in clinical medicine from Central South University, formerly known as Hunan Medical University, the PRC, in June 1997. She obtained her master’s degree in clinical medicine and doctorate degree in pediatrics from Central South University and Fudan University, the PRC, in June 2003 and July 2007, respectively.
