About You

CARSOME is on the hunt for a talented and experienced Team Lead, Inventory This position will report to the Head of Inventory (CCL) at CARSOME, working closely with other sub-department in supply chain to improve the operation efficiency.

Your Day-to-Day

  • Supervise and lead the team handling inventory and administrative tasks.
  • Assign tasks and ensure efficient workflow.
  • Train and support team members to maintain high performance.
  • Maintain office operations, including filing, record-keeping, and organizing documents.
  • Implement and monitor inventory control and document management processes.
  • Prepare reports on inventory levels and usage.
  • Oversee document control, ensuring accurate filing and record-keeping.
  • Handle phone calls and manage courier services.
  • Coordinate with other departments for smooth operations.
  • Ensure prompt and accurate handling of office matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc tasks as requested by management.
  • Support team members to ensure overall success.
  • Attend meeting with reporting line and with other stakeholders
  • Plan for team rostering schedule
  • Ensure traffic flow are within control

Your Know-How

  • Bachelor’s or associate’s degree in business, logistics, systems engineering, supply chain management or similar
  • Minimum 2 years working experience but not limited to.
  • Experience working with inventory management.
  • Proven experience as inventory performance
  • Ability to accurately track inventory and create reports
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Reliable and trustworthy
  • Product and inventory management certification a plus
