Doug Ogden

Doug Ogden has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Doug started their career as a CH-53E Helicopter Pilot in the US Marine Corps, where they completed two deployments and participated in combat and contingency operations. After leaving the military, they joined the Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR) as an Earned Value Management Team Lead, where they played a crucial role in a multimillion-dollar contract.

Doug then served as a Command Pilot and Chief Operational Test Director at Marine Helicopter Squadron One (HMX-1), where they conducted helicopter transport for the President and Vice President of the United States.
