Diane Kiddy is the current CEO of CARSON VALLEY CHILDRENS AID. Diane has over 20 years of experience in healthcare, human services, and government affairs.
Diane began their career in 1987 as Vice President of Presbyterian Medical Center - University Of PA Health System. In 1996, they became Director-Government Affairs of Universal Health Services Inc.
In 1998, Diane Kiddy was appointed CEO of Fairmount Behavioral Health System, where they served for six years. In 2004, they left Fairmount to start their own consulting firm specializing in healthcare and human services.
Among their notable clients were the State of Georgia, KidsPeace, RHA Human Services, and New Courtland Elder Care. In 2007, Diane Kiddy returned to Universal Health Services Inc. as Director-Government Affairs.
In 2008, they left Universal Health Services Inc. to become CEO of CARSON VALLEY CHILDRENS AID, where they have served for the past 12 years.
Diane Kiddy attended Bryn Mawr College, where they earned a degree in MSS.
