Agathe Ivars currently serves as Attachée de direction et responsable RSE at Carsup since March 2022, where responsibilities include supporting top management in administrative tasks, managing administrative assistants, and promoting corporate social responsibility (CSR) values within the company. Previous roles include office manager, where Agathe facilitated administrative operations, and secretary, managing various administrative tasks. Prior to Carsup, Agathe worked as a sales associate at Alex Olivier • Les chocolats du cœur, focusing on customer service and inventory management. Additional experience includes teaching equestrian disciplines at HARAS DE BASSONVILLE and managing a boarding horse facility at Ecuries Melero. Agathe holds a Licence in Langues étrangères et littératures from Université Paris 8 and a BPJEPS in equestrian studies, validated through an experiential learning program.
