Mahmoud Morsy

Mahmoud Morsy has a diverse work experience in various industries. Mahmoud currently works at CarSwitch as a Training and Quality Manager since November 2021. Previously, they worked at Conneqt Business Solutions for four years as a Quality Assurance Specialist in Etisalat's Business segment. Prior to that, Mahmoud was a Senior Quality Assurance Specialist at Almosafer Company for a year. Mahmoud also has experience at Teleperformance Egypt, where they held roles such as Quality Assurance Coordinator, Shift Lead, and Customer Service Representative. Mahmoud started their career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Egyptian Hydrocarbon Company.

Mahmoud Morsy obtained a Bachelor's degree in Marine environment from Suez University, where they studied from 2011 to 2015. Before that, they completed their Bachelor's degree at Amoun private schools from 1998 to 2010, although the field of study for this degree is not specified.

In addition to their formal education, Mahmoud Morsy has obtained several certifications. In December 2019, they completed the "Excel: Implementing Balanced Scorecards with KPIs" certification from LinkedIn. In June 2016, they received an Amadeus Diploma in the "Amadeus Basic course" from Amadeus Labs, achieving a grade of A+. Mahmoud also obtained the Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Beginner certification from Duolingo in January 2016.
