Dianna Koltz is the SVP, Delivery Operations & Services at Cart.com. Previously, they were the VP, Client Services at Marketvine by Dell, where they were responsible for corporate strategy and execution. Before that, they were the Client Success Director at Bazaarvoice, where they helped clients increase revenue by building customer conversations into their business. Dianna has also served as a board member for the Online Trust Alliance (OTA) and as the CEO & Founder of Pink Seats.

Dianna Koltz has a BA in News-Internet from Drake University. Dianna also has certification from Section4 in Prof G Certified Brand Strategist and Prof G Certified Strategist. Dianna is also certified from IAPP - International Association of Privacy Professionals in CIPP - Certified Information Privacy Professional.
