As the Office Manager for our dynamic London office, you will be pivotal in crafting a conducive work environment that reflects Carta's innovative spirit. You will manage a broad range of activities from office logistics to event planning, ensuring our operations align seamlessly with our strategic goals. Here are some specific problems you'll solve:
Tools And Systems
Familiarity with Slack, Envoy, OfficeSpace, Guru, Jira, Google Drive, Coupa, and ZIP is a plus.
Carta’s Office Managers (OMs) are at the core of the employee experience, ensuring that our offices are well-maintained, providing our employees with the tools and resources to work effectively and collaborate. Each OM oversees a specific office location and works closely with peers on the Real Estate and Workplace Services (REWS) team and the People Team to create consistent, world-class experiences in all of our offices across the globe. The Office Manager reports to the Global Workplaces Services Manager and partners with IT, Executive Admin, Finance, HR, and our DEI teams to ensure that our workplace operations are scaling in lockstep alongside the company’s growth.
As the London Office Manager, you will have the opportunity to evaluate and enhance our current workplace operations and employee experience in innovative ways. The influence of your efforts will extend beyond the London office, contributing significantly to Carta’s global workplace operations. Your strategic and thoughtful management will not only support local needs but also align with and impact Carta’s offices worldwide, fostering a cohesive and unified work environment across the company.
