Ava Sholl

Ava Sholl is currently employed at Carta as a Business Development & Partnerships professional since May 2022, where responsibilities include managing partner relationships and driving strategic growth for the Venture Capital and Private Equity product lines. Prior to this role, Ava worked at BlackRock from May 2020 to May 2022 as an Analyst in the Blackrock Alternative Investments team, contributing to the Infrastructure-Debt Team and interning with the Real Estate Equity teams, gaining experience in investment, asset management, and product strategy. Ava also completed an internship at AIG in the Global Real Estate office in 2018. Ava holds a Bachelor's degree in Public Policy from New York University.
