Charlie Pennington currently serves as the Head of GTM for APAC & Middle East Corporations at Carta, focusing on scaling the Corporations business unit. Previously at HubSpot, Charlie excelled in several sales leadership roles, achieving significant growth across Southeast Asian markets, including a remarkable 195% year-on-year increase. Prior experience includes consulting at Charterhouse Singapore and serving as Managing Consultant at Hydrogen Group, where Charlie specialized in securing executive-level talent for clients. Charlie holds a Bachelor of Laws (L.LB.) degree with Upper Second Class Honours in Commercial Law from the University of Westminster.
